Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided the following conditions:

• You have the original receipt or proof of payment.
• The product is largely unused.
• The product still has its original packaging.

 

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. Certain products cannot be exchanged due to safety and hygiene reasons. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded. Please note that due to courier costs, we will be unable to refund the delivery fee if the order is cancelled.

Our customers will have the choice to have their returned goods replaced or refunded, however Isiphethu Sempilo reserves the right to send these returned products for further assessment. Please have a read through our Customer Service Policy for more information.
